Vice Governor Mario Eduardo Ortega and the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved Ordinance No. 347 series of 2021 entitled “An Ordinance Mandating All Coastal Barangays to Conduct Coastal Clean-Up and Engage Participation of the Community,” which Hon.
