Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III convened the CY 2022 1st and his term’s final Provincial Development Council (PDC) Full Council Meeting on May 26, 2022 via video conferencing approving Resolutions No. 01 and 02, series of 2022 approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 2 for CY 2022 and Annual Investment Program (AIP) for CY 2023 of the Province of La Union, respectively. These resolutions serve as the final accomplishment of the PDC under Gov. Pacoy Ortega’s term.
