A new Philippine Red Cross office will be built in the province after the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has approved a resolution authorizing Gov. Francisco Emmanuel โPacoyโ R. Ortega III to enter into a Deed of Usufruct with the Philippine National Red Cross in the establishment of their building in Rosario, La Union.
