With the continuous effort to build a resilient Province, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) held the 2nd quarter meeting on June 14, 2022, at the La Union Peace, Order, and Safety โ Emergency Operations Center, City of San Fernando, La Union to discuss the upcoming plans and strengthen strategies and operation of different local government units and attached agencies in line with disaster management and emergency response.
Board Member Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V has authored an ordinance entitled โGranting Monetary Incentives to Octogenarians, Nonagenarians, and Centenarians who are Bona Fide Residents in the Province of La Union and Appropriating Funds Thereofโ. It was then approved on the final reading by the August Body during its regular session last Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
