OPVet Distributes 52 Native Swines

The Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office I, distributes 52 native swine to 26 animal raisers affected by Typhoon Ompong in the Municipalities of Agoo, Aringay, Burgos, Naguilian, Pugo, Tubao and City of San Fernando on January 18, 2019 as part of the Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan. The animals were also given multivitamins and antibiotics during the distribution.
