Provincial officials and employees, headed by Gov. Pacoy, unite in prayer, thanksgiving and worship during the “One La Union for Unity, Peace and Progress” Prayer Activity at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on July 3, 2019. The activity was conducted to ensure that the new term of the elected officials is guided by the Word of God.
