Gov. Rafy Ortega-David underscores the spirit of #LaUnionProbinsiyanihan to her guests in a series of courtesy calls on October 19, 2023.

Officers of the Lions Club District 301-C La Union signified their intent to collaborate on the transformative programs that will bring positive impacts to kaprobinsiaan.

Gov. Rafy also met with Dir. Mark Sambar, Director IV of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), as they discussed housing programs and initiatives, and how these projects can be replicated in the province.

As the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) Chairperson for Region 1, Gov. Rafy also welcomed officials from the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) led by Regional Director Mildred Abordo and Philippine Information Agency (PIA) Region 1 led by Regional Director Jennilyne Role to talk about the different initiatives and plans that will strengthen peace, order and security in the province and in the region.
