As of 4:00 AM, the center of the eye of Typhoon #GoringPH was estimated, based on all available data, over the coastal waters of Palanan, Isabela with maximum sustained winds up to 185 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 170 km/h while moving slowly South Southweatward.
#GoringPH is forecast to remain at super typhoon category until it makes landfall over southern Taiwan.
