NEW HOSPITAL EQUIPMENT. Bacnotan District Hospital (BDH) Operating Room Staff listen carefully to the demonstration on the use of a 1000-liter capacity autoclave equipment for sterilization. The new equipment, which was received by the hospital on October 5, 2018, is part of La Union Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III’s initiatives to modernize the province’s district hospitals in line with the province’s transformative governance on health.
