SP Committee Chairman on Social Services SPM Bellarmin A. Flores II represents Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III during the 40th National Disability and Prevention Week Celebration at the La Union Technology and Livelihood Development Center on July 17, 2018. He explained the privileges and benefits of Persons with Disabilities under RA 10754 or known as An Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of PWDS and RA 10524 which provides equal opportunity for employment of PWDs.
