NAPANAM Scanning Point Established at City Market

As the Provincial Government of La Union continues to combat the CoViD-19 pandemic, the Information and Communications Technology Unit and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office in coordination with the City of San Fernando through City Representative Ms. Marylin R. Jucar β City Assistant Department Head, the NAPANAM QR Scanning Point was installed at the Public Market of the City of San Fernando, La Union on February 4, 2021.
As we heal as one, the NAPANAM system became an integral way to track and trace the movement of the people towards a CoViD-19 free La Union.
