SAN JUAN LEADERS. Gov. Pacoy administers the Oath of Office of elected officials of the Municipality of San Juan on June 27, 2019 at the Municipal Gym, San Juan, La Union. Elected officials of who took oath were Mayor Arturo P. Valdriz; Vice Mayor Manuel Victor R. Ortega, Jr.; and Sangguniang Bayan Members Mariquita P. Ortega, Reginald M. Nang, Aldreick G. Carillo, Ernesto M. Bolong, Jr., Norma B. Lim, Joseph Nicholas V. Velilla, Earl F. Garcia, and Romero O. Lim.
