As the Committee Chairman on Agriculture and Aquatic Resources, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Bellarmin A. Flores II awards Provincial Government of La Union’s P30,000.00 cash incentive to BUED CIS Dam 1 Irrigators Association of Barangay Tay-ac, Rosario, La Union on the September 27, 2018 at the satellite office of SPM Flores in Rosario, La Union. The association won the Most Outstanding Irrigators Association (CIS Category) – National Level for the year 2017.
