The Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAg) - Fishery Services Unit conducts a Mangrove Planting and Coastal Clean-up at Barangay Pandan, Bacnotan, La Union on September 18, 2018. Barangay Officials and the municipality’s Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Management Council members also participated in the activities to protect shorelines from damages brought by storm winds, waves, and floods.
