Castillo on May 31, 2018 at the DSWD-ROI, City of San Fernando, La Union. The Certificate of Registration was issued to LUVWI for satisfactorily complying with the requirements to operate as a social welfare and development agency for the poor, vulnerable and disadvantaged women in the Province of La Union.
