LU's Outgoing and Incoming Gov visits Balaoan District Hospital

As part of the smooth governance transition, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III visits Balaoan District Hospital (BLDH) together with incoming Governor Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on June 27, 2022.
Provincial Health Officer Dr. Eduardo Posadas and BLDH Chief of Hospital Dr. Mark Anthony S. Tomboc led Gov. Pacoy and Gov Rafy in the visitation and inspection of the hospital facilities. A short discussion with the employees also took place where Gov. Pacoy expressed his gratitude to everyone and asked for their continued support to the new provincial leaders led by Gov. Rafy.
The lady Governor also guaranteed BLDH that the PGLU under her term will pursue a responsive, accessible and developed healthcare system in the province supporting equipment upgrades and creating more facilities in all the District Hospitals in La Union, including BLDH.
