MANGROVE PLANTING ON LUATTA’S ANNIVERSARY. La Union Alliance for Tour and Travel Agencies (LUATTA) president Mr. Robert Ranchez spearheads the planting of 100 mangrove saplings at Brgy. Carlatan, City of San Fernando, La Union on June 28, 2019 in celebration of the associations’ first year anniversary. The activity was participated in by the officers and members of the association with the support of the Provincial Government of La Union through the Provincial Information Office-Tourism Operations Unit.
