LU MSMEs Undergo Capacity Training

The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) through the Local Economic Enterprise and Investment Promotions Unit (LEEIPU) is committed to bolster economic activities through capacitating the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in their recovery from the effects of the CoViD-19 pandemic by conducting a Business Continuity Training done via video conference on August 26, 2021.
Highlighted during the webinar are the topics on Digital Marketing, Seller/Consumer Protection Against Online Scammers, and Branding and Labelling. This activity was made to help MSMEs bounce back from the challenges brought about by CoViD-19 and to ensure that MSMEs are equipped with proper knowledge and skills for resiliency.
Speakers for webinar were from DTI-La Union led by Ms. Lilian Difuntorum, Chief of the Small and Medium Enterprise Division; Ms. Marissa Nonesa, Head of the Consumer Protection Division; Ms. Lyra Glaze Bac-ingan of Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program; and Ms. Kisha Macato of Negosyo Center Business Counselors-Bacnotan.
