LU Councilors Oriented on CMCI

Assistant Regional Dir. Daria Mingaracal of the Department of Trade and Industry Region 1 gives an orientation on the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) to over 100 councilors of La Union, during the 2nd Philippine Councilors League - La Union (PCL-LU) Chapter Training Series on February 6, 2020 at the Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union. PCL-LU President Chary Nisce said the orientation aims to boost the councilors' commitment in strengthening the performance of their respective local government unit in the CMCI.
