Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III administers the oath of the newly elected officials of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines - La Union Chapter on August 8, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Elected officials were Agoo Mayor Stefanie Ann Y. Eriguel as President; Bangar Mayor Joy P. Merin as Vice President; Balaoan Mayor Aleli U. Concepcion as Secretary; Precilla M. Martin as Treasurer; Bacnotan Mayor Francisco Angelito L. Fontanilla as Auditor; Bauang Mayor Menchie L. De Guzman as Public Relations Officer; and Santol Mayor Magno A. Wailan as Business Manager. All other mayors took oath as Directors.
