Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Nida N. Gapuz presided the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian Livestock and Meat Inspectors Quarterly Meeting on September 21, 2018 at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist Conference Room, City of San Fernando, La Union. The meeting tackled the livestock losses brought about by the recent typhoon, “Ompong.”
