Severe Tropical Storm "AMBO" slightly weakens and is now approaching Real - Infanta Area in Northern Quezon.
La Union is still under TCW Signal No. 2 as of Friday, May 15, 2020, 5PM due to Typhoon #AmboPH.
What to expect:
• A tropical cyclone will affect the the locality.
• Winds of greater than 61 km/h and up to 120 km/h may be expected in at least 24 hours.
What To Do:
✔️Prepare flashlights, batteries , matches, kerosene lamps, or candles and charcoal in anticipation of power failure, first aid kit and store ready to eat foods.
✔️Keep your cell phones fully charged.
✔️Elevate household things in case of flooding.
✔️For fishing folks, secure fishing boats in safe area.
✔️Monitor the latest Severe Weather Bulletin issued By PAGASA. (http://bagong.pagasa.dost.gov.ph/)
