Representatives of the La Union Vibrant Riders (LUVR) paid a courtesy call to Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David on July 4, 2022 at the Provincial Capitol City of San Fernando, La Union.
LUVR is a non-profit and a non-stock organization of motorcycle clubs in the Province of La Union that has been in partnership with the Provincial Government of La Union through tourism promotion and support in advocacies, campaigns, and programs and services for kaprobinsiaan.
