La Union Unites in Worship for La Union Day 2024

To welcome the 174th La Union Founding Anniversary in prayer and faith, the Provincial Government of La Union conducted the Dawn Watch Prayer at the Provincial Capitol Grounds on March 2, 2024 at 5:00 in the morning.
Dawn Watch Prayer is a praise and worship celebration that was headed by the Office of the Provincial Treasurer and the Office of the Provincial Accountant. The mentioned event was participated by residents and pastors from the different churches in the Province of La Union. Approximately 250 people were present on-site and joined by hundreds of viewers online.
Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David and Provincial Administrator Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III graced the said activity and led the KaPROBINSYAnihan in thanksgiving for another prosperous year for La Union.
“Simple lang po ang prayer na i-ooffer natin sa ating minamahal na Diyos… God bless the people of our fair La Union, keep us from harm and fill our hearts with love. Let no one seek to break the cord that binds us, God bless our fair La Union,” Gov. Rafy prayed as she shared that the La Union Hymn in itself is a prayer meant to bless La Union and its people.
