La Union Psychometrician Topnotchers Eunice Elijah Ubungen, Top 8; Ena Rika Gumangan, Top 10; Maria Fernanda Espenilla, Top 9; and Coleen Beatrice Casiano, Top 9 receive their checks from Gov. Pacoy on July 25, 2019 at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The checks were their incentives from the Provincial Government of La Union for their performance in the 2018 Psychometrician Licensure Examination.
