PHO Conducts First PLAC Meeting

With the aim to address the stigma and increasing number of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome cases in the province, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial Local AIDS Council (PLAC), Board Member Ruperto Rillera, Jr, presides the first PLAC meeting conducted by the Provincial Health Office at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on November 27, 2018
