Some are expected to address vital issues such as the establishment of a tourism brand, preservation of culture and traditions, and stakeholders mobilization.

The proposed Enterprise Scorecard, which indicated the specific targets and measures to serve as a guide to gauge their performance throughout the execution of the strategy were presented. This was followed by the presentation of the proposed Scorecard Initiatives which identified the lead and supporting offices in charge of managing their respective performance indicators.

In order to ensure a proper implementation of the Scorecard Initiatives, the same participants underwent a Risk Assessment and Management Workshop the following day, April 2, at the Hotel Ariana in Bauang, La Union.

All departments and units of PGLU are expected to engage into further meetings and discussions as they go forth towards the implementation of the proposed medium-term strategy.
