La Union representative Ayesha Munar from Pacpacac Child Development Center of San Juan, La Union draws her entry for the Draw and Tell Category Contest during the Regional Children’s Month Competition on November 28, 2018 at the Pacoy Ortega Gymnasium, City of San Fernando, La Union. She won second place in said competition.
