Kaprobinsiaan learners win 5 medals in Int'l Math Olympics

Students from Luna National High School made a significant milestone for the province as they claimed multiple awards in the final round of Hong Kong International Mathematical Olympiad (HKIMO) 2023 on August 25-28, 2023.

Beaming with excellence, Julius Patrick Gorospe wins gold; Czarina Mae Nalayog captured silver; while Venice Ched Corpuz, Adriane Gwayne Asuncion and Shiekainah Laberinto bags bronze; and Marianne Grace Pacleb snag a merit award. Their prowess in analysing and solving challenging mathematical problems led them into a remarkable triumph.

The Provincial Government of La Union led by Gov. Rafy Ortega-David lauds the remarkable achievement of these brilliant math wizards who made the province and country proud. As they continue to soar greater heights, let us wish them the best of luck in their relentless commitment to excellence and in achieving more milestone.
