Kaprobinsiaan Jins Strike Seven Medals in Int'l Taekwondo Tilt

Taekwondo players from the Province of La Union kicked their way to victory after bagging six medals in the 19th International Clubs Taekwondo Organization (ICTO) Championships held in Da Nang, Vietnam on September 14-17, 2023.

Bringing pride to the country, Allona Lyn Mina clinched a gold medal; James Carlo Sabado settled for silver medal while Josef Neil Pelayo, Eani Avry Garcia and Eami Angemeine Garcia bagged a bronze medal in the poomsae category. David Espiloy pocketed a bronze medal in the Kyeorugi category while their coach Abelardo Ducusin Jr. secured a gold medal in the poomsae masters category.

The Provincial Government of La Union led by Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David commends the exceptional performance and achievement of young kaprobinsiaan that brought La Union in the global stage.
