The elected Little Governor, John Philip M. Oriel from the Municipality of Sudipen (left) and Little Vice-Governor, Edlyn G. Yumul of the City of San Fernando (right) sit beside Vice-Governor Aureo Augusto Q. Nisce as he presided the joint session of the Provincial Youth Officials and the 21st Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) on August 16, 2018 at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Legislative Building and Session Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The joint session activity aims to orient the elected provincial youth officials as to the workings of their counterparts and basic conduct of governance. This will somehow give them an idea how it is being a governor, vice-governor or SP members.
