INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL FEDERATION RECOGNIZES CDH MEDICAL TECH TEAM

Caba District Hospital’s (CDH’s) Medical Technologist Team on their Struggles to Help Fight CoiID-19 received a Beyond the Call of Duty for COVID-19 recognition from the International Hospital Federation (IHF) during the Global Day Awareness for Hospitals and Health Service Providers that have given exceptional service amid the coronavirus pandemic on December 15, 2020.
CDH together with 102 other hospitals and health service providers across 28 countries worldwide have been awarded for demonstrating initiative, agility and incredible capacity to innovate under extraordinary circumstances.
The Medical Technologist Team of CDH received the recognition badge after a review of an international committee consisting of 16 healthcare industry experts.
Annabelle M. Rodriguez, Supervising Administrative Officer expressed that this recognition serves as spices and great motivator saying, “They give color and flavors as we serve our clients with compassion, for every care that we give to them will always make a difference.”
The IHF CoViD-19 Response Recognition Program was launched by IHF to acknowledge actions and responses of hospitals and health service providers around the world that went “beyond the call of duty.” With their mission to support hospital performance improvement, the said recognition is being provided to hospitals and health service providers which proactively put in place their outstanding and innovative organizational responses in facing the CoViD-19 pandemic.
