The Information and Communications Technology Unit (ICTU) staff, spearheaded by Mr. Gerry D. Binas-o, conducts a pilot testing of the newly developed iTrack System, a document tracking system, for the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) on September 11, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

After the launching of the iTrack System in the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) on September 9, 2019, the Information and Communication Technology Unit (ICTU) conducted a pilot testing of the said system to all the administrative officers of the different PGLU offices and District Hospitals on September 11, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union.

This innovative system will help the PGLU employees track the location and status of their documents and other communication letters. It will also hasten the monitoring and updating process of one office to another.

The pilot testing will last for a month, from September 13 to October 13, 2019, to test and evaluate if there are things that need improvement and at the same time, to familiarize employees in the process of the system.
