Nag courtesy call ang mga Hukom ng Regional Trial Court (RTC) kay Gov. Rafy at 1st District Congressman Francisco Paolo "Paower" P. Ortega V noong Miyerkules, July 13, 2022.

Sa kanilang pagbisita, isang maikling meeting ang naganap sa Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Dito ay ibinahagi ni Gov. Rafy at Cong. Paower ang mga posibleng serbisyo na maaaring maibahagi ng Provincial Government of La Union sa RTC upang mas maging maagap, mabilis at mas abot-kamay ang mga serbisyong ligal para sa mga nangangailangang kaprobinsiaan.
