Gov. Rafy welcomes US Embassy's American Service Chief Consul, Senior Consular Specialist

In a display of camaraderie and mutual partnership, Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David warmly welcomed the United States (US) Embassy's American Citizen Services Chief, Consul Kristofor Graf, together with Senior Consular Specialist Mr. Leo Balantac during their courtesy visit at the Provincial Capitol on August 30, 2023.

Gov. Rafy presented her programs in the different sectors and economic key drivers of the province. The lady Governor also emphasized her commitment in securing peace and order in partnership with the La Union Police Provincial Office.

The engaging dialogue was a great opportunity to establish a strong partnership between the US Embassy and the Provincial Government of La Union. This includes the different interventions that would help provide assistance to the American citizens residing in the province.

The lady Governor assured Consul Graf that their citizens are protected and secured.
