Gov. Rafy Turns Over Dump Truck to Brgy. Gana, Caba as Reward for Environmental Initiative

Residents of Barangay Gana, Caba, La Union gathered on August 25, 2023 to celebrate the blessing and turnover of a brand-new dump truck, which was awarded to the barangay for their remarkable efforts in implementing the Magsidalus iti Arubayan. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Gov. Raphaelle Veronica "Rafy" Ortega-David and Caba Mayor Donna Crispino.
Magsidalus iti Arubayan is an environmental initiative aimed to promote sustainable waste management and ecological preservation practices within the barangay. The residents of Barangay Gana showed their La Union PROBINSYAnihan and wholeheartedly embraced the said initiative, which led to their feat.
Gov. Rafy personally handed over the keys to the dump truck to the barangay officials and commended Barangay Gana for their exceptional commitment to preserving the environment and promoting sustainable practices. She emphasized the importance of such community-driven initiatives in creating a more eco-friendly and resilient province.
Mayor Donna Crispino echoed the governor's sentiments, highlighting the significance of unity and collective action in achieving positive change.
