Gov. Rafy Strengthens Local Government Partnerships: Welcomes Baao, Camarines Sur Delegation, Honors Outstanding Athletes

Forging partnership with different Local Government Units, Gov. Raphaelle Veronica Ortega-David warmly accommodated the delegation from the Municipality of Baao, Camarines Sur led by Mayor Jeff Besinio during their courtesy call at the Office of the Provincial Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on August 29, 2023.

Gov. Rafy enthusiastically shared the initiatives and best practices of the Provincial Government of La Union in terms of good governance. The LGU employees expressed their gratitude to the lady Governor as they gained a lot of takeaways.

Gov. Rafy also met with the La Union Pride SEA Games Bronze Medalist Frederick Ramirez and Patrolman John Albert Baniqued. Baniqued bagged gold and silver in the World Police and Fire Games 2023 held in Winipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
