Gov. Rafy graces Link Youth Summit

Committed to empower the youth towards building a sustainable environment, Gov. Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David graced the LINK YOUTH SUMMIT held at the La Union Peace, Order, and Safety – Emergency Operations Center, Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union.

The Governor imparted an inspirational message to the youth and commended them for their enthusiasm in continuing their environmental initiatives and advocacies. Being among her priority sectors, she looks forward to develop and implement more projects, programs and activities for the youth and for environmental management. She encouraged every Kaprobinsiaan to take part of it.
