Gov. Pacoy Leads Rizal Day Commemoration

RIZAL DAY. Gov. Pacoy leads the province in honoring Dr. Jose P. Rizal, as he offers wreath before the revolutionary leader's statue, which stands right at the center of the Heroes Hill, City of San Fernando, La Union, today, December 30, 2020. The simple ceremony was held to commemorate the 124th death anniversary of the country's national hero.
