Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III inducts the current and new members of the La Union Medical Center Board of Trustees (LUMC BOT) during its 147th Board Meeting on July 15, 2019 at the Dr. Eufranio “Franny” C. Eriguel Memorial Hall, LUMC, Agoo, La Union. Inducted members of BOT were Mr. Benjamin N. Dy, Dr. Eliseo O. Laron Jr., SPM Christian I. Rivera, Dr. Glenn Ernest M. Fonbuena, SPM Jonathan Justo A. Orros, Dr. Wilhelmina E. Arzadon, and Dr. Geoffrey S. Tilan. Vice Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega was inducted as the new LUMC BOT Vice Chairperson.
