Following the start of his second term as governor of the Province of La Union, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III takes oath as the Board of Trustees Chairperson of La Union Medical Center (LUMC) on July 15, 2019 at the Dr. Eufranio “Franny” C. Eriguel Memorial Hall, LUMC, Agoo, La Union.
