Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III and Private Sector Representative (PSR) – La Union and PSR-Convenor Vini Nola A. Ortega join the Regional Development Council 1 First Regular Meeting for CY2020 on February 26, 2020 at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union. In his speech, Gov. Pacoy presented the Programs, Projects and Activities of the Provincial Government of La Union divided into Financial Stability, Economic Dynamism, Resilient Communities and Organizational Accountability Sectors.
