Gov. Pacoy together with Ms. Michaela Louise T. Delfinado of the Office of the Provincial Strategy and Mr. Gerry D. Binas-o of Information and Communication Technology Unit attend a briefing with the representatives from LUECO and LUELCO at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union on November 12, 2018. The session tackled the power consumption installation and payment proposal of the Province-Wide Wireless Mesh High Speed Infrastructure Project that will interconnect the 19 Municipalities and one City including the five district hospitals, one medical center and other strategic locations.
