Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III discusses the importance of technology in implementing the programs, projects and activities of the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) during a meeting with Globe Telecom President and CEO Ernest L. Cu and company on October 22, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union.
