In celebration of the 31st Philippine National Police (PNP) Foundation Anniversary, Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III graces the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony of the PNP held at Police Regional Office 1 Grandstand, Camp BGen Oscar M Florendo, City of San Fernando, La Union today, February 7, 2022.

New Commission on Election Regional Office 1 Director Atty. Jubil Surmieda served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker in the Ceremony.
