Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III asks one of the indigent beneficiaries about the condition of her casted arm during the distribution of Provincial Government of La Union Financial Assistance on July 3, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. The activity aimed to give medical and burial aide to indigent residents of La Union as a way of assisting them in their expenses.
