Gov. Pacoy highlighted the contributions of the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), La Union Anti-Drug Abuse Council (LUADAC) and the Council of the Five Pillars of Criminal Justice System (CFPCJS) in the Provincial Government of La Union’s attainment of its third Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Award during their joint meeting held at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on October 24, 2018.
