La Union Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III attends the meeting of the Regional Development Council – Regional Peace and Order Council (RDC- RPOC) with the Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Secuity, on August 2, 2019 at One Vittoria Hotel, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. The meeting is part of the activities of the Joint Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict for Region 1.
