Gov. Pacoy administers the Oath of Office of newly elected officials of the Municipality of Bagulin on June 26, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union. Elected officials of said municipality were Mayor Virgilio C. Flor Francisco; Vice Mayor Jaime A. Lictao; and Sangguniang Bayan Members Ferdinand D. Tumbaga, Eduardo R. Compas, Warton E. Sacpa, Joel E. Nang-is, Natalia R. Mazon, Romeo B. Sallatic, Prescila D. Dumaguing, and Juanito C. Badbadaoi.
