Newly elected officials of the Municipality of Bacnotan take oath before Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III on June 10, 2019 at the Municipal Covered Court of Bacnotan, La Union. Elected officials who took oath were Mayor Francisco Angelito L. Fontanilla; Vice Mayor Divina C. Fontanilla; and Sangguniang Bayan Members Jane A. Gonzales, Edijer F. Valmonte, Olga Jane C. Panelo, Virgilio C. Antolin, Franklin N. Almodovar, Francisco H. Fontanilla, Jr., Federico R. Corpuz, and Tomas Joaquin B. Ortega.
